Seemingly the band says "Melodic death metal .....with a hint of black metal, folk metal, and symphonic elements." Me personally, seems to be more than a hint of symphonic. Whatever, ...... this one is exceptional in my opinion. Hope they are dropping a new album soon. Shout out to Nor-Cal metal. Middle Earth
Started with The Light That Shines. Been on a steady rotation since. This one will eaisly pass it. From the ear wormy septicflesh riffs, sick drumming and snarling vocals. The guest cleans are all awesome as well. Reminds me of Ghost Brigade (R.I.P) on Echoing Motions.( A Daylight Dies member!? get us a new album boys) Jari's solos is just icing on this beast. 🙌 🙇♂️ Nazatar
Another seamless blend of extreme genres from Stortregn. Killer riffs, tasty basslines, and lots of fun tech influences in the composition and instrumentation make this an absolute banger front to back. Facepalming Panda
These California up-and-comers don't merely pay tribute to ’90s death metal; they make it their own by taking charge and letting it rip. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 21, 2024
Culinary-themed melodic death metal outfit cook up a smorgasbord of fierce solos, tight percussion, and cheeky, foodie-approved screeds. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 11, 2024
Melodeath that ticks everything I love about the music. Dark, profound, melodic, and well-thought out. This album is reminiscent of great bands such as Nyktophobia, Fragments of Unbecoming, December Flower, and Path of Destiny. Warangelic
